Developed by a joint venture partnership between two of the UK’s leading property companies in Canary Wharf Group and Land Securities, 20 Fenchurch Street provides 670,000 sq ft of top quality offices with unrivalled panoramic views of London, including a sky garden, bars and restaurants on the top 3 floors.

An essential part of 20 Fenchurch Street’s sustainability story is its hydrogen fuel cell, the first of its kind in the City of London. The cell converts natural gas into electricity and helps power the building. There are very low CO2 emissions from this quiet, low-carbon energy source.  Dome Consulting undertook the commissioning management and documentation services, providing work-flow management to the JV’s engineering processes and underpinning the achievement of BREEAM excellent rating.
